Bear Stone Festival 2026 is just a few days away!
To make your arrival and stay at the festival site as pleasant and carefree as possible, we have prepared this information pack with everything you need to know before you arrive.

CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM
Due to limited internet connectivity, the festival was cash-only in previous editions. The new cashless system allows both cash and card top-ups with minimal connection requirements, making payments easier and improving the festival experience.
Cashless top-up points will be available at the Accreditation Office and inside the festival area, next to the festival merch booth.

A one-time €3 activation fee will be charged with your first top-up. This fee helps us cover the cost of the RFID wristband and the cashless payment system infrastructure.
Once topped up, your wristband can be used for payments at all festival bars, restaurants, and the festival merch booth. Please note that the festival marketplace and band merch remain cash-only.
Refunds are available at the festival top-up point which is located next to the festival merch booth during its opening hours, until Monday, July 6 at 12:00.
ARRIVAL
The Bear Stone Festival Accreditation Office is located just 1 km from the festival site, approximately a 2-minute drive away, in the direction of Ogulin.

If you are arriving by festival shuttle, the shuttle will first take you to the Accreditation Office. After you complete the accreditation process, that same shuttle will take you to the festival entrance.
If you are arriving by car, please check your route before taking off. In previous editions, some visitors have reported being directed by GPS through rough forest roads, which is not the correct way to reach the festival.
Your route should take you either via Ogulin toward Slunj, or via Slunj toward Ogulin. Bear Stone Festival is located halfwaybetween these two towns.
ACCREDITATION OFFICE
Accreditation Office opening hours:
July 1, Wednesday: 14:00–00:00 - for Early Arrival add-on holders only
July 2, Thursday – July 4, Saturday: 10:00-00:00
Sunday: Closed
To receive your festival wristband, please make sure to arrive during the listed opening hours.
If you arrive outside these hours, you may spend the night in the Temporary Parking zone and complete the accreditation once the Accreditation office reopens.
Please note that access to the festival or the campsites is not possible before completing the accreditation process.
ACCREDITATION PROCESS
1. Whether you are arriving from the direction of Slunj or Ogulin, please proceed to Point 1 on the map above.
2. After entering the accreditation area, follow the red line on the map and temporarily park your vehicle in the Temporary Parking zone (Point 2).
3. Once parked, leave your vehicle and walk to the Accreditation Office (Point 3), located just a short distance away. There, you will receive your festival wristband.
4. After completing accreditation, return to your vehicle and exit the area via the back road, marked with the blue line on the map.
5. Once you leave the accreditation area:
If you are camping, drive to your campsite - Camp A or Camp B - and set up your spot.
If you are not camping, park your vehicle in the Festival Parking Area and enter the festival on foot.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
The airport shuttle departs from Zagreb Airport at the following times:
Wednesday, July 1: 12:00, 15:30, 19:00
Thursday, July 2: 12:00, 15:30, 19:00
Friday, July 3: 12:00, 15:30
Return shuttles depart from the festival entrance on Sunday, July 5 and Monday, July 6:
Sunday, July 5: 09:00, 12:00, 15:30
Monday, July 6: 07:30, 09:00, 11:00

Please note that Airport shuttle tickets must be purchased in advance through the festival website and will not be available on site.
TRANSPORTATION ZAGREB
Transportation from Zagreb departs from the Hipodrom/INA parking lot (LINK) at the following times:
Wednesday, July 1: 12:30, 16:00, 19:30
Thursday, July 2: 12:30, 16:00, 19:30
Friday, July 3: 12:30, 16:00, 18:00
Return transportation departs from the festival entrance on Sunday, July 5 and Monday, July 6:
Sunday, July 5: 09:00, 12:00, 15:30
Monday, July 6: 07:30, 09:00, 11:00
Please note that tickets for transportation to Zagreb must be purchased in advance via the festival website and will not be available on site.
SLUNJ SHUTTLE
To make things easier for visitors arriving by public transport or staying in accommodation in Slunj, a dedicated shuttle service will operate between Slunj and the Bear Stone Festival location, ensuring a smooth and convenient connection to the event. The 2026 timetable is shown below.
The Pick-Up/Drop-Off point in Slunj is located at the Central Bus Station (LINK). The Pick-Up/Drop-Off point at Bear Stone Festival is at the festival entrance (See No. 9 on the Festival Map). The shuttle bus fare is €5 per trip and can be paid directly on the bus upon boarding.
CAMPING
Both festival campsites and the festival parking area open on Wednesday, July 1 at 14:00 for Early Arrival add-on holdersand remain open 24 hours a day until Monday, July 6 at 12:00.
Each person entering the campsites must have a valid Camping add-on.

CAMPING ADD-ONS & EARLY ARRIVALS
Camping add-ons are currently priced at €20 in presale and will cost €25 from July 01. Early Arrival add-ons are priced at €10 in presale and will cost €15 from July 01.
Early Bear tickets already include early arrival, camping, and parking access.
Due to the Croatian tourist law, each attendee that is camping at the festival is required to pay the tourist tax and we have to charge it on behalf of the tourist board. The tourist tax equals €1.50 per day.
FESTIVAL CAMPSITES
Bear Stone Festival has two campsites: Camp A and Camp B. Visitors may choose either campsite.
Both campsites are equipped with showers and toilets.
Camping is allowed in tents, cars, campers, RVs, and similar vehicles, provided that each person staying at the campsite has a valid Camping add-on.
If you are staying in Camp A, you can reach the festival entrance by walking across the Mrežnica bridge.
If you are staying in Camp B, follow the signs along the Mrežnica river to reach the festival entrance.
To reach Camp B from the festival entrance, turn left, pass under the Mrežnica bridge, and follow the signs along the river. Vehicle access to Camp B is marked on the festival map.
We advise all festival-goers to bring warm clothing for the evening and overnight hours. As the campsites are located beside the River Mrežnica, temperatures can feel noticeably cooler after sunset.
Visitors can bring food and drinks into the campsites, but not inside the festival site.
For meal preparations, please use the designated areas inside the campsites where open fire is permitted. Open fire and generators are prohibited in and around the campsites, except for the designated areas!
FESTIVAL TICKETS & LATE PERSONALIZATION
Please make sure to download your festival tickets before arriving at the festival.
If you purchased your tickets through Weeztix but are unable to download them, the personalization process has most likely not been completed. To complete personalization, please follow the instructions provided in your Weeztix order confirmation email.
From July 1 onward, Standard festival tickets will be priced at €116, both at the Accreditation Office and through the festival website.
Tickets purchased at the Accreditation Office can be paid for by cash or card.
Early Bear Hard Copy tickets for Bear Stone Festival 2027 will be available for purchase at the festival merch booth.
Day tickets for Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 will be available at the gates for €75.
A Friday day ticket grants access to the festival and parking on Friday, July 3. A Saturday day ticket grants access to the festival and parking on Saturday, July 4.
