Argonauta Records proudly announces “Glut”, the highly anticipated new studio album from German dark rock / metal visionaries Autumnblaze, set for release on June 26 on all digital platforms and in a strictly limited first edition 2CD format limited to 500 copies worldwide.
With “Glut”, Autumnblaze present their ninth studio album and open a powerful new chapter in their long standing career. Following “Auf zerfetzten Schwingen”, the band once again fully embraces German lyrics, delivering their most direct, intimate and emotionally immediate work to date.
Less focused on complexity and more on emotional impact, “Glut” combines highly accessible song structures, haunting atmospheres and the unmistakable emotional intensity that has always defined Autumnblaze. Vulnerable, honest and deeply personal, the album explores themes of introspection, fragility, resilience and emotional consequence.
The first edition of “Glut” will be released as an exclusive limited double CD edition featuring two distinct versions of the album.
CD 1 contains the main album mix, mixed and mastered by Markus Stock (Empyrium, The Vision Bleak), delivering the full emotional depth, warmth and sonic clarity of the final album experience.
CD 2 presents an alternative mix and master created at Studio Greywolf by Charles Greywolf, known among others for his work with Powerwolf. Rather than bonus material, these are alternative versions of the same songs, offering a rawer, more instinctive and immediate perspective on the album.
Much closer to the original spontaneous incarnations of the tracks, the alternative versions capture the initial spark and emotional urgency of the songwriting process before the songs evolved into their final form. Depending on the track, listeners will discover subtle to significant differences in arrangements, vocal deliveries, lyrics and sonic details.

Intentionally less polished yet deeply immersive, the second version of “Glut” reveals the album at its emotional core: honest, vulnerable and strikingly direct.
The cover artwork, created by Friederieke Myschik, is an oil painting based on an old photograph and deliberately emphasizes handcrafted human art in contrast with today’s AI driven visuals, perfectly reflecting the album’s themes of memory, intensity and quiet inner fire.
