The full live session premieres July 1st, 2026 on the 7 Barbas Estudio YouTube channel, also featuring the songs “Inside A New” and “Minor Prayer”.
The Dharma Chain have released their second full-length album Some Kind Of Pure State available now via Spinda Records in collaboration with Le Cèpe Records, Clostridium Records, Echodelick Records and Dirty Filthy Records.
Recorded at Funkhaus Berlin and produced by Jonathan Dreyfus, the album finds the band refining their signature blend of shoegaze, neo-psychedelia, post-punk, and classic rock influences. Across eight immersive tracks, reverb-drenched guitars, hypnotic rhythms, and ethereal vocals create a soundtrack for transformation, uncertainty, and renewal.
Born between Australia and Berlin, The Dharma Chain have carved out a reputation as one of the most hypnotic and emotionally charged bands emerging from the modern psychedelic underground. Blending swirling shoegaze textures, motorik rhythms, post-punk tension and fuzz-drenched psych rock, the band move somewhere between euphoric escape and total emotional collapse.
“Cross Over”, taken from their latest album 'Some Kind Of Pure State' — out now via Spinda Records since June 5th — captures The Dharma Chain at their most immersive and haunting. A song built on repetition, release and raw atmosphere, it dives deep into themes of transformation, detachment and the blurry line between clarity and chaos. Pulsating grooves collide with waves of reverb-soaked guitars, creating a slow-burning trip that feels both fragile and overwhelming.
